When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On October 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off the “E” road operated by the victim D (E); (b) using a cutting machine previously prepared to sell it to the victim; and (c) using the cutting machine, the victim owned by the victim, who was he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she he/she stored in the outside of the air conditioner, with a 18,000 won electric wire equivalent to the total market price connected with the outside of the air conditioner room.

B. On October 22, 2016, at around 07:18, the Defendant: (a) stolen old electric wires in an aggregate amounting to KRW 22,00,00, which were connected to the outside 11 units of air conditioners and connected to the victim’s possession, using a cutting machine previously prepared for sale by using the cutting machine.

2. At around October 23, 2016, the Defendant attempted to steals, using a cutting machine, which was prepared in advance, with the victim’s possession, which was connected with the outside of the air conditioner room, and attempted to steals, while the Defendant was aware of the victim in the surrounding areas, and did not commit any attempted theft.
