1. From February 15, 2016 to March 23, 2016, Defendants C, D, Defendant E, and Defendant F set up 40 games of the “Nanatoaland” in the “J Gameland,” and had many unspecified customers who find the place enter the game into cash in the game machine and let them perform the game, and then, they exchanged 4,500 won after deducting 10% of the refund exclusive card discharged from the result of the game as commission, when customers won the game.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange free gifts, which are the result obtained through the use of game water, as a business.
