1. The defendant shall pay 102,082,00 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 1, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) The plaintiff, however, submitted a formal written answer after being served with a duplicate of the complaint of this case and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written answer, and thus, the plaintiff is deemed to have led to the confession of the facts indicated in the cause of the above claim in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
