1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 31, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the Plaintiff’s written evidence No. 1 as to the Plaintiff’s claim, the Plaintiff’s loan KRW 60,00,000 to the Defendant on October 16, 2013 as the due date for payment on October 28, 2013 can be acknowledged. As such, the Defendant is obliged to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages at a rate of KRW 60,000,000 and KRW 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 31, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
