Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on January 23, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on September 30, 2008.

On July 24, 2013, at around 23:36, the Defendant driven a 20-meter-car car on the road before the Water Resources Corporation in Sungnam-dong 515, Sungnam-gu, Songnam-si, with a alcohol level of 0.132%.
