A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victims work together as the artist and the broadcastinger's personal codification.
1. Larceny;
A. On July 30, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant, within the office of Costast Co., Ltd. in Gangnam-gu Seoul, 301, by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance in the surrounding area, carried about approximately 150,000 won in cash owned by the victim D, which was located in the head of the living room, in the middle of the living room, and continued to put one halog of the “halog” brand card box in the Defendant’s bank, and continued to put 50,000 won in cash contained in the instant bank by opening the victim E’s card box on the computer’s book, and then putting them in the said bank, and cut off with the bank.
B. 2. At night, the Defendant: (a) was aware that the victims suspected of the act of theft as described in the above paragraph (1) above were in charge of fingerprinting; and (b) was aware that the victims as described in the above paragraph (1) were in charge of fingerprinting; and (c) committed the crime, the Defendant stolen the above bags and removed them.
On August 5, 2016, the Defendant entered the entrance door number of the entrance, which was known in advance, in order to steals the above bank around 21:50 on August 21, 2016, into the entrance door of the above 1, and opened a corrective device and intrudes into the office plan without any possibility, and there is approximately KRW 100,000 of the market price owned by the victim F and the market price owned by the victim G.
