Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 11, 2005, Defendant D and K entered into a contract to purchase KRW 1,80,000,000 for the purchase price for LA forest land 41,214 square meters (hereinafter the above land is referred to as “land before the instant subdivision”; and when specifying land (hereinafter “instant land before the instant subdivision”), Defendant D and K entered into a contract to purchase KRW 1,80,000,000 for the purchase price (the lot number is specified by omitting the “
(hereinafter “the first sale contract of this case”). B.
The land prior to the instant partition was partitioned and registered as shown in the following table.
The parcel number, land category, and area on July 18, 2005, on the date of subdivision 201, the lot number, land category, and area divided (registration conversion) of 1,68 square meters on August 11, 2005, the forest land N. 4,968 square meters on August 11, 2005, N. 1,653 square meters on August 11, 2005, and 1,653 square meters on August 11, 2005; 1,653 square meters on August 11, 2005; 2. 1,605 square meters on July 18, 2005; 2. 11, X-12, 696 square meters on July 18, 2005; 2. 8.5 square meters on the forest land and forest land of 1,58 square meters on August 12, 2005;
C. As above, nine parcels of land partitioned and registered conversion (hereinafter “land after this case’s subdivision”) have again been changed following the completion of the registration of ownership transfer on September 6, 2005 as indicated below, as indicated in the following table.
