Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant suffered injury, such as damage to the character of a part of the part that requires medical treatment for about 14 days, by cutting the 401st floor where the victim D (the age of 36) resides, by finding out that the Defendant resisted the door of the floor in order to resist the noise problem between the floors that occurred from running the 401st floor where the victim D (the age of 36) was living, and the victim saw the door from walking the front door of the Defendant's house, leaving the front door of the Defendant's gate, and leaving the gate of the her bath, caused the victim's scambling of the her neck, and caused the victim's scambling of the part that the victim was scambling for about 14 days.
