If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:30 on August 29, 201, the Defendant: (a) laid the alleyway in front of the Defendant’s house located in Yongcheon-si C with the victim D as a result of the project of cutting the alleyway in front of the Defendant’s house in Yongcheon-si; (b) laid down booms with the victim D and pushed down the blue part of the blue and chest part; and (c) pushed down the victim with the blue part for about two weeks of treatment.
