On June 9, 2020, at around 21:26, the Defendant driven a Franchi truck under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 300 meters at approximately 0.071% on the street in front of the E Park parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-si B from the street in front of the E Park in the same city.
