A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2013, around 23:30, the Defendant, within the main point of “C” located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, without any special reason, provided the victim’s D (24 years of age), and asked the co to inflict an injury on the victim, such as the U.S. Coin in the days of treatment.
