Punishment of the crime

On December 2017, the Defendant was aware of the Victim C (Wing, 49 years of age) who initially singing the Defendant to singing in a singing voice. From around December 2, 2017, the Defendant tried to avoid contact with the Defendant on the grounds of “the Defendant’s reason why singing the relationship with other male customers is doubtful,” and to kill the Defendant.

On January 4, 2018, the Defendant was in possession of one knife (20cc in length, 33cc in length, and No. 1) that had been purchased and kept in advance around 14:00, and became a victim in the vicinity of Jongno-gu Seoul apartment where the victim was living, but did not met.

On the same day, the Defendant contacted the victim at around 15:45, and promised to keep the victim in “F” located in Jongno-gu Seoul E.

On January 4, 2018, at around 17:20, the Defendant demanded that the Defendant met the victim by hiding the knife in his possession on the left retail inside and hiding the knife, and “on the basis of continuing to maintain his relationship with him”, but the victim demanded that the knife “on the part of the telephone number of the male telephone number on the part of the knife exceed 00 persons;

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
