Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On January 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Western District Court, and ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a special attempted larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on May 15, 2015. On October 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Correctional Institution on May 27, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On the 14th of the same month, the Defendant: (a) around 17:53 at the Busan F Victim G management (State H) plant in Busan FF, opened an unrecepted front door at the parking lot, followed the inside of the vehicle, and found stolen articles, and was not discovered to the victim G, and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. The defendant who intrudes upon a structure on the 14th day of the same month, around 17:40, above 1-C;

In the place of subsection (1), the company discovered the parking I Cost Traex vehicle and intruded the factory through the open gate in order to steal money and valuables in the vehicle.
