Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, as to the Defendants for two years from the date of the final judgment of this case, the Defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 24, 2015, Defendant A: (a) around 19:00, the victim B (the age 49) working at the same construction site and the victim B (the age 50) with respect to vehicles to move to the construction site on the same day and the next day; (b) the victim B’s head was kid by hand; (c) the victim’s head was boomed; and (d) the victim’s head was boomed, and the victim’s body was boomed, and the victim continued to boomed with about 30 meters away from the Mart vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was parked on a street with about 30 meters away from the above parking site; (b) the victim and the victim’s head head were 2 times higher than that of the victim; and (c) the victim’s head was 30 years higher than that of the victim’s body, and (d) the victim’s body was exposed to the victim’s body and the victim’s body was 2 more than the victim’s body at one week.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted an injury on the victims respectively.

2. Defendant B tried to put the head of a victim on several occasions by putting the victim’s body fighting with the victim, such as the time, time, and place described in paragraph (1) as mentioned above, taking the victim’s body fighting with the victim A (the age of 46) and the victim’s head, which is a dangerous object near the victim, but the victim was able to put the victim’s body fighting across several times, but the victim was her hand by her hand, resulting in the victim’s injury requiring approximately 14 days of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
