The defendant's grounds for appeal cited in the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the judgment of the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are recognized as legitimate even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance and additional evidence submitted in the court of first instance are comprehensively taken into account (it is not sufficient to prove that the defendant has prepared a letter of rejection of payment by mistake through proof of repayment, but it is insufficient to prove that there is insufficient proof). Accordingly, the reasons for this court to indicate this case are the reasons indicated in the judgment of the court of first instance,
