Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or take over any access medium.

Nevertheless, around February 29, 2016, the Defendant issued a cash card, which is an access medium connected to the national bank account (B) in the name of the Defendant, to Kwikset Service Delivery Board around the apartment complex 4 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
