A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:20 on May 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) brought a dispute with the victim D (year 55) who performed drinking together in the house of the first floor of Changwon-si, Changwon-si; and (b) brought the victim E (year 55) one time to the head of the victim's head; (c) the victim E (year 55) was the victim's head to the urrier's disease.
