A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who has received a written notice of enlistment in active duty service shall enlist within three days from the date of enlistment.

However, on May 10, 2016, the Defendant, as a person subject to enlistment in active duty service, failed to enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds, even though he received a notice of enlistment in the name of the head of the Military Affairs Administration in the name of the head of the Chungcheong District Military Affairs Administration, and received the notice of enlistment in active duty service.
