A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2013, at around 10:10, the Defendant: (a) requested the guard room of Gwangju Northern-gu B apartment 1 Dong, to leave the door-to-door B apartment at the guard room; (b) however, C, an employee of the guard room refused to open the guard room, and (c) caused damage to the market-to-be property by unreshing the door of the guard room.
