1. The defendant shall pay 14,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 7, 1996 to the day of complete payment.

1. On October 8, 2007, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for the claim for the price of goods against this court 2006 Ghana127255, and rendered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 14,00,000 won and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from September 7, 1996 to the day of full payment" and then the above judgment becomes final and conclusive at that time. Thus, the plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of the extinctive prescription.

2. The Defendant appeared on the first date for pleading of the applicable provisions of the Civil Procedure Act (Article 288 of the Civil Procedure Act) and stated to the effect that “The cause of the instant claim is recognized, but it is difficult to repay due to the present circumstances.”
