1. With respect to the Incheon District Court C, D (Dual), E (Dual), and F (Dual) auction cases, the same court shall have jurisdiction over the auction cases of real estate on August 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. G and J are married couple.

B. G owned the above H apartment and I apartment.

C. The registration of the establishment of a neighboring H apartment and I apartment was completed with respect to the above H apartment and I apartment as follows.

G. On May 3, 2012, the aforesaid smart savings bank applied for voluntary auction on the above H apartment and I apartment, and rendered a voluntary decision to commence auction to the Incheon District Court C.
