Description of Claim

On October 13, 2010 in the Cheongju District Court 2010Kadan18553 Claims against the Defendant, which the Plaintiff filed against the Defendant, “The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 80,40,000,000 to the Plaintiff and shall be paid KRW 2.7 million until December 31, 2010, and ② the remainder of KRW 77,700,000 shall be paid KRW 70,000 on the 20th day of each month from January 20, 2011 to the day of full payment. If the Defendant delays the payment of the above installment once, the Defendant shall lose the benefit of the period, and the payment shall be made by adding the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 20,000 per annum from the day following the day when the unpaid amount was immediately lost to the day of full payment.”

In order to extend the extinctive prescription of a claim established by the voluntary adjustment, a lawsuit shall be brought again against KRW 61 million among them.
