Details of the disposition

On May 3, 2003, the Plaintiff leased the instant commercial building to C (hereinafter “C”) as the owner of the first floor B and 2 (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) underground of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Main Complex Building A (hereinafter “instant building”). By April 3, 2015, C operated the sports center including a swimming pool in the instant commercial building by April 3, 2015.

After the change of partition, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant on February 13, 2015 for permission to change the use as follows: (a) Class II neighborhood living facilities (general restaurants) 2, 369.02, 558.43, 558.43, 558.43, a golf driving range; and (b) Class II neighborhood living facilities (general restaurants) 4,747.07, 747.07, the size of non-high ground No. 1 floor No. 38.70, 38.70, cultural and assembly facilities (e.g., wedding halls) 38.70, cultural and assembly facilities (e., wedding halls) 4,149.94; and (c) the same year.

3. 16. Permission to change the use by the defendant;

(2) On November 19, 2014, prior to the instant permission for change of the purpose of use, the Plaintiff leased the instant commercial building to D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) (hereinafter “D”), which is a business entity operating a wedding hall, with the term of lease from September 1, 2015 to August 31, 2025. According to the said lease agreement, the Plaintiff completed the restoration work after obtaining the permission for change of the purpose of use for the instant commercial building, and delivered the instant commercial building to D, and D is obliged to undertake remodeling work for the operation of a wedding hall.

C suspended the operation of the Sports Center on April 3, 2015, and the Plaintiff has the same year.

4. 10. The removal and restoration work of the commercial building of this case was completed in the amount of KRW 313,500,000 as construction cost by entering into a contract for the development of the sexual heart industry and construction work, and the same year.

8. The instant commercial building was transferred to Police Officers D.

D began remodeling work for the operation of the wedding hall on August 25, 2015.

The occupants of the instant apartment building from October 13, 2015 to October 29 of the same month.
