The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case for the reasons stated in its holding, and there is no violation of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence

2. With respect to the case of the request for attachment order, in a case where the defendant and the respondent for the attachment order file a final appeal regarding the case of the accused case, the appeal is deemed to have been filed regarding the case of the request for attachment order, but the appellate brief does not state the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal

3. All appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
