Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 12, 2015, from around October 10, 2015 to around August 10, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles running above the road at ordinary levels by installing vehicles, reductions and sand at the front of the Defendant’s house located in Busan-gun C, and by installing plastic transit and standing signboards, etc. at the center of the above road.

2. The Defendant obstructed the victim’s new housing construction work by obstructing the traffic of the victim E at a new housing construction site located near the above road due to the act, such as the time and place described in paragraph 1, and the act described in paragraph 1, and obstructing the victim’s new construction work by force.
