Punishment of the crime

At around 00:00 on April 8, 2012, the Defendant her studio in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, “D” No. 2, “D,” which was located in the Namdong-gu, Incheon, with the victim E (at least 52 years of age), carried out drinking and singing together with the victim E (at least 3 years of age).

Accordingly, the defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act and suffered injury to the victim.

In full view of all the circumstances, such as the favorable circumstances among the reasons for sentencing and the fact that it is difficult to conclude that the defendant has no record of sex crime and the risk of recidivism, with the reason for not issuing an order to disclose or notify the personal information, there are special circumstances that may not disclose the personal information of the defendant.
