Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2015, at around 14:50, the Defendant driven the Kank Cormpon vehicle without the driver’s license in the section of about 5km from the pre-existing apartment complex located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to November 28, 2015 at around 15:10.
