On June 20, 2016, at around 04:50, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car without obtaining a driver's license within a section 1 kilometer from the front day of the Lwon District Court's horizontal Housing Site to the front day of the Gyeonggi-si 929, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-nam, to the front day of the Gyeonggi-si 929.
