A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and C are approximately 28 members of the E Senior Party in Daegu Northern-gu, where approximately 28 members are members, and the victim F (M, 71 years of age) is the chairperson of the E Senior Party, the general director who manages and executes the membership fees of the E Senior Party, the victim G (M, 8 years of age) is the chairperson of the E Senior Party.

1. 피고인의 단독 범행( 모 욕) 피고인 A는 2018. 2. 12. 경 대구 북구 D에 있는 E 경로당 여자 전용 방에서 피해자 F이 그날 오전 여자 전용 방에 청소를 하려 하였으나 출입문이 잠겨 있어 청소하지 못하고 되돌아가면서 피고인에게 출입문 열쇠를 바꿨냐고 물어본다는 이유로 여성회원 여러 명이 있는 자리에서 피해자 F에게 “ 이년 아 니가 그 시간에 도둑질 하러 온 것이 아니면 뭐 하러 경로당에 왔노, 그 시간에 왜 왔노 ”라고 말을 하여 공연히 피해자 F을 모욕하였다.

On February 24, 2018, the Defendant and C provided that “The Defendant and C received a refund of KRW 5 million from the Chairperson and the general secretary at the E-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, the membership fees of the victim F and the victim G G center, even though they did not embezzled the membership fees of the victim G center, the Defendant and C provided that “The Defendant and C received a refund of KRW 5 million from the public funds to the Chairperson and the general secretary at the meeting,” and C provided that “the Plaintiff and the general secretary received a refund of KRW 5 million from the public funds to the several members in the meeting.”

Accordingly, the defendant and C have damaged the reputation of the victims by openly speaking as if they embezzled public funds.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;
