A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year, for defendant B and C, for six months.

However, as to Defendant A and C, this shall not apply.

Defendant B, on January 30, 2007, was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court on May 26, 2007, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Suwon District Court on July 16, 2010, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 30, 2010. Defendant A, who was sentenced to two years and eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court on July 1, 2009, was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court on January 25, 2013, and was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court on January 25, 2013 and one year and three months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court on January 25, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 12, 2013; and Defendant A may be punished by imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court on September 16, 2013.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2008, the Defendants of the 2017 Highest 1709 came to know of the fact that the Victim G (45 Do) was trying to dispose of the H forests and fields owned by the Defendant, and conspired to purchase the said forests and fields by gathering them in the I hotel parking lot in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, to have the victim secure the said forests and fields and to borrow money from the bond company.

On June 20, 2008, the Defendants introduced the victim at the coffee shop located in front of the Asan City University, A, and Defendant B introduced Defendant A to the victim “I want to have a career working in the land appraiser in the past and to have an accident in this forest.” Defendant A stated, “I want to purchase this forest land with a good land worth KRW 2 billion.”

On June 21, 2008, the Defendants who met the victim at the K Stops in the Asia-siJ around 1, 2008, first of all, Defendant A purchased this forest for KRW 700 million to the victim and made an appraisal by mobilization of the appraiser to the Plaintiff.
