Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2017, around 19:25, the Defendant assaulted on the front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, “Accomponsed by a coupled vehicle,” and confirmed the details of the report, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the report, by assaulting the police officer’s 112, on the ground that “Accomponsed by a coupled vehicle E, who was dispatched after receiving a report 112.”
