Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 20,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who spits, in a park or any other place in which many people gather or frequent, the defendant spits, on December 23, 2008, in front of the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon river on the street around December 23, 2008.
