Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell alcoholic beverages that are drugs harmful to juveniles or provide them free of charge to juveniles.

Nevertheless, on April 6, 2020, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 132,00,000, such as 11 bottles, 3 bottles, etc., and 132,000, without confirming the age to 5 juveniles in the place of customer’s name.
