1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 381,050,000 and as to this,

B. The defendant B shall be jointly and severally recorded in the preceding paragraph, 381,050.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an executor with respect to the construction of the F apartment in Seosan-si (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

B. As to the apartment of this case, the Plaintiff maintained the supply contract with Defendant B as follows.

1) On October 1, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a balcony construction contract with G and the instant apartment site H, which sets forth the sale price of KRW 218,00,000, and the construction cost of KRW 9,565,000, with respect to the supply contract and the instant apartment site H. The Plaintiff acquired each of the above contracts from G on March 23, 2016, and from Defendant B on May 18, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a balcony construction contract, which sets the sale price of KRW 223,40,000, with respect to the instant apartment site H as well as KRW 223,565,00,00.

After that, Defendant B accepted each of the above contracts from J on May 26, 2016.

3) On February 19, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a balcony expansion contract with L, 211,40,000 won for the instant apartment subparagraph and the supply price of which was set as KRW 9,565,00. After that, Defendant B acquired each of the above contracts from L, April 28, 2016. (c) On October 15, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a balcony expansion contract with Defendant D, which set the supply price of KRW 218,00,000 with respect to the instant apartment subparagraph as KRW 9,565,00. (d) The Plaintiff maintained the supply contract with Defendant E on December 30, 2013 with respect to the instant apartment subparagraph as follows: the Plaintiff supplied the instant apartment subparagraph as the supply price of KRW 218,50,000; the Plaintiff supplied the instant apartment subparagraph as the supply price of KRW 200,500,500,000; and

After that, Defendant E accepted each of the above contracts from O on March 3, 2016.

2. On December 31, 2013, the Plaintiff determined a supply contract and construction cost of KRW 223,400,000, which set the sale price for Q and the instant apartment R as KRW 9,565,000.
