A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2020, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion on the part of the Defendant, at around 22:10, the urban bus stops located in Daejeon Seosung-gu, with the intent to force indecent act by compulsion of the victim B (the age of 24) waiting for buses, and the above victim met the victim’s right-hand buckbucks with his hand, thereby forcing the said victim to commit indecent act.

2. 공무집행방해 및 상해 피고인은 2020. 5. 20. 22:44경 대전 유성구에 있는 C 앞 도로에서, 피고인이 소란을 피운다는 112 신고를 접수하고 출동한 대전유성경찰서 D지구대 소속 피해자 경위 E(54세)가 피고인에게 출석일시와 장소를 기재한 자신의 명함을 건네주자, 손으로 피해자 E의 안경을 잡아채 바닥에 던지고, 머리채를 잡아 흔들고, 양 손으로 목을 감아 조르고, 계속하여 이를 제지하던 같은 지구대 소속 피해자 순경 F(25세)의 머리채를 손으로 잡아 흔들고, 발로 얼굴을 수 회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant assaulted E and F, who is a police official, interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by his 112 Report Processing Affairs, and at the same time, inflicted an injury on the victim E on the scopical base requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted an injury on the victim F, such as the scopical scopher, requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

3. The Defendant damaged the property by setting up the floor of the urban aesthetic safety of the victim E, such as Paragraph 2, at the time, place, and Paragraph 2.

4. On May 20, 2020, the Defendant damaged an object for public use at a district belt of the Daejeon Pream Station located in Daejeon Pungsung-gu, and damaged the number of copies of an object for public use, which are installed at the same time, to the extent that the repair cost of the reproduction would be equivalent to KRW 1,30,000,000.
