A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 15, 2020, around 09:03 on February 15, 2020, the Defendant wrap the B building in the Guri-si of Gyeonggi-do, C heading, and the alleyway in front of the entrance.
