1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant E shall pay KRW 695,952,073 as well as 20% per annum from September 28, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B was in office as the head of the Plaintiff’s association from October 6, 2005 to October 5, 2009; Defendant C was in office as the Plaintiff’s person in charge of the Plaintiff’s credit business from October 4, 2005 to March 6, 201; and F was in office as the Plaintiff’s person in charge of the Plaintiff’s credit business from March 3, 2008 to October 19, 2009; and the Plaintiff’s person in charge of the Plaintiff’s credit business from October 20 to April 1, 2010.
B. 1) An agreement between the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation and the Brazil Appraisal Corporation (hereinafter “Korea National Forestry Cooperatives Federation”)
On October 19, 2007, a corporation established for the purpose of appraisal and assessment of movable property, real estate, and other property, entered into an agreement on appraisal and assessment with the National Forestry Cooperative Federation, which is requested by the Plaintiff and the local forestry cooperative and carries out appraisal and assessment. 2) The main contents of the said agreement on appraisal and assessment are as follows:
The National Forestry Cooperatives Federation (including local associations) and its hub appraisal corporations (including its main offices) shall enter into an agreement with each other with respect to appraisal and assessment business as follows:
Article 1 (Scope of Application) This Convention shall apply to cases where the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation directly requests a hybrid appraisal corporation for the purpose of acquiring collateral or where an applicant for a loan of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation requests a hybrid appraisal corporation to conduct an appraisal by obtaining confirmation that the purpose of the request for appraisal is the acquisition of collateral from the National Forestry
Article 9 (Evaluation Criteria) (1) In performing the evaluation work, the hub appraisal corporation shall comply with the "Public Notice of Values and Appraisal of Real Estate Act" and the "Rules on Appraisal and Assessment of Real Estate (Ordinance of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation)".
(2) Where the purpose requested by the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation is the security evaluation, the hub appraisal corporation shall be safe and realized.
