On February 20, 2017, the Defendant, at around 22:57, 2017, 'D main point' operated by the Victim C (Woo, 52 years old) located in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, for the reason that the Defendant had a defect in the 'D main point' on the day he was disputed before the victim under the influence of alcohol, but, on the ground that the victim avoided this, she was skeing the victim's breath by her hand, and continued to her boom the victim's face, and continued to display the victim's face.
