A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by the Incheon District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 3 million by the Jeonju District Court on June 22, 2015, respectively.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) (hereinafter “Dangerous Driving”) was driven by the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of the BPcar car, on August 8, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:30,00, the roads adjacent to the end of the Maban Road located on the side of the Maban-gun, 0.164% of the blood alcohol level.

Ultimately, as above, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E (n, 40 years of age), victim F (n, 43 years of age), and victim G (n, 12 years of age) by negligence in driving a vehicle in which normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, such as cryp dump, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, respectively, for the victim H (n, 9 years of age) and victim I (n, 8 years of age), respectively.

2.
