Punishment of the crime

No one shall repeatedly send any codes, text, sound, image, or motion picture that arouses fear or apprehension through an information and communications network to any other person.

Nevertheless, at around 08:00 on April 26, 2018, the Defendant used a mobile phone from the Defendant’s house located “Sasan City B 1 Dong 511,” and sent the victim C a text message stating, “I am sweeted against food, so that I am sweeted, so I am sweeted, and I am sweeted to a large number of people sweeted,” and then sent it to the victim C repeatedly from May 6, 2018, by using the mobile phone from the Defendant’s house in “Sasan City B 1 Dong 511, 201” until May 23:12, 2018.
