A and B, and C are relatives of the same kind as the hotel cooking of D University and the first grade, Defendant A, from July 2015 to the damaged Korean Technical Qualification Examination Board, as a national technical qualification examiner who prepared for the Korean technical qualification test, materials for the practical skill test, etc., which is administered by the Korean Technical Qualification Examination Board, and B and C are applicants for the above practical test.

A, B, and C conspired to inform Defendant A of the practical examination tasks on the day by taking advantage of the fact that the practical examination tasks are open to the public in the process of preparing materials before the commencement of the examination.

Defendant A and B, on July 26, 2015, with respect to the practical examination of Defendant A and B, on the 23-time practical examination of the victim, Defendant A and the Defendant B, on the same day, interfered with the victim’s fair practical examination of cooking technicians by deceptive means so that B may apply for the practical examination of the victim, by making an oral notification of two subjects “the water leakage and non-f-f-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-p-s-s-p-s

2. Defendant A, Defendant A, and C were to perform the practical test on August 23, 2015, which was administered by the victim, on the 27th practical test test. Defendant A met with C, the applicant for the practical test from the corridor of the practical test room at the above university hotel hotel and the oriental cooking technician at the entrance of the practical test room at around 12:20 on the same day, Defendant A met with C, the applicant for the practical test at around 13:00 on the same day. Defendant A, who is a practical test task, made it possible for C to apply for the test after having been prepared with the prior knowledge of the tasks in advance, thereby hindering C’s fair Chinese cooking technician test by deceptive means.
