Punishment of the crime

[2016 high 217] No person shall provide a game for distribution or use, or display or keep, a game product for which no rating has been obtained, and no person shall provide a game service by installing a game product facility in a school environment sanitation and cleanup zone.

From July 2014 to September 8, 2015, the Defendant and C installed the Defendant’s scaming, scambling, scambing, tank camping, and old scambling game machine in front of the “F language store” in the operation of C located in Busan Sho-gu, Busan, within a distance of 200 meters from D elementary school, a school environment cleanup zone, and from July 2015, the Defendant and C decided to have 30% of profits and 70% of profits of the Defendant.
