As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received four Samsung C&Ts worth worth KRW 6.7 million at the market price from the victim.

Around September 2008, the Defendant entered into a contract with the victim E to publicize the Council members operated by the Defendant, but when the operation of Hanwon was difficult due to the game depression, etc., the Defendant failed to pay the Plaintiff advertising expenses of the hospital to the Busan District Court. However, the Defendant did not pay to the victim money following the decision of recommending reconciliation, and the victim tried to auction the real estate, etc. of the Defendant around August 2010, and the Defendant, around August 15, 2010, provided the victim with a false statement to the effect that “I will pay 1 million won to the victim in one month in which I want to open the oriental medical hospital as soon as I wish to do so, and I would like to do so.” The Defendant provided 1 million won as service fee to the victim.

However, even if the defendant wishes to resume his personal debt amounting to KRW 20 million at the time, he shall pay his personal debt such as bonds and pay his living expenses.
