A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From February 2010 to November 2010, the above building No. 501, as the co-owner of the building in Seo-gu Incheon, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 2355,” is the co-owner of the building in Seo-gu, Incheon, to open and operate the “G dental” along with the private victim F, and the victim decided to take overall charge of medical practice, administration, and finance.

The Defendant, from February 2010 to December 2010, 2010, opened and provided a dental surgery with the trade name “G dental” on the fifth floor of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, with the private person F of the middle and high school-friendly dental surgery, and was under trial due to the violation of the Medical Service Act.
