1. Basic facts

A. The purchase contract of this case and the special agreement on the progress payment 1) The defendant is the Grand Forest Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Large Forest Industry").

2) From the Pacific Power Plant Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant construction”) part of the instant construction works, such as boiler manufacturing, among the construction works of 10 solar power plants (hereinafter “instant construction”).

(2) In order to be supplied with steel materials necessary for the instant construction project, the Defendant entered into a purchase contract with the KB Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “KB Industries”) on July 30, 2012 on which the contract amount is KRW 10,640,00,000 (excluding value-added tax) and the Defendant entered into a purchase contract with the Defendant to supply steel materials and deliver them to the construction site of this case (hereinafter “the purchase contract of this case”).

3) According to the instant purchase contract, the Defendant pre-paid 10% of the ordered amount to the KB Industries. Accordingly, on September 16, 2012, the Defendant paid KRW 1,064,00,000 (value-added tax separate) with the advance payment to the KB Industries. The remainder amount was agreed to pay the advance payment to the KB Industries when the KB Industries entered the steel materials at the construction site of the solar power plant. On February 4, 2013, the Defendant and the KB industry agreed to pay the advance payment to the KB Industries. However, upon the request of the KB industry, the Defendant and the KB industry paid the advance payment in accordance with the said purchase contract. From March 2013, 2013, the Defendant and the KBT industry agreed to pay the advance payment to the goods verified by the Defendant and the supervisor of the KBG industry when the raw materials were stored at the construction site of the JBG industry.

A written agreement for confirmation of ownership and the execution of the order of security for transfer in this case is prepared, and the total weight of the raw materials as of March 22, 12013 as of the date of payment for completion of the total weight (KG) of the raw materials as of March 22, 12013.
