The guilty portion and the "documents of meetings of the 8th Steering Committee of the Ebubling Union" are possessed.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. Regarding Defendant 1’s meeting and communication, this part of the facts charged is premised on the premise that P is a member of the North Korean co-author, and there is no evidence that P is a member of the co-author in North Korea. As to this part of the facts charged, there is no evidence that P is a member of the co-author in North Korea. 2), the Defendant was present at each E co-chairperson meeting, the Y training meeting, the representative general meeting, the central council of council members, and the commemoration meeting, etc. (hereinafter “each event of this case”), but the Defendant was not aware of the fact that it would endanger the national existence and security or the free democratic fundamental order, and the participation in each event of this case does not constitute the act of praise, rubber, publicity, or concert of the anti-state force.

However, most expressive materials are irrelevant to the fact that the existence and security of the State or the free democratic fundamental order are endangered. Thus, the production, distribution, and possession of pro-enemy contents cannot be viewed as a pro-enemy contents. In relation to the pro-enemy contents, the crime under Article 7(5) of the National Security Act is established when the production, distribution, and possession of pro-enemy contents
B.
