Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was issued a fine of two million won on July 25, 2008 in the Suwon District Court's Busan District Court's assistance on July 25, 2008 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On October 17, 2019, while under the influence of alcohol 0.110% on blood alcohol level, the Defendant driven a D-crick car volume from around 2 km to the front road of the Gyeonggi Si Apartment at the time of the Gyeonggi City, from around B to the front road of the same Si apartment.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
