A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted injury on the victim's reputation during the treatment period.

On August 16, 2017, the Defendant laid off a cell phone to prevent the victim from filing a report at the places specified in paragraph (1) at around 16:00, and let the victim enter the said place of residence, and then prevented the victim from visiting the said place of residence by means of telegraph, etc. until around 17:40 on the same day, and detained the victim by making the victim stop from leaving the front of the visit using a telegraph, etc., and preventing the victim from getting out of the room over about one hour and 40 minutes.
