Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for eight months.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, on November 27, 2013, was sentenced to a two-year imprisonment with prison labor for a term of six months in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on November 27, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 5, 2013. On November 28, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a term of two years and six months in the same court for fraud, etc. and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 27, 2015.
1. Defendant A is a middle and high-ranking transaction, and Defendant B is an employee of F, a partner of installment financing loans of Ariju Capital.
Defendant
A had the intent to manipulate the fixed output of the registration certificate of the above vehicle in order to sell H Bacccor to G, who is his customer, and in order to enable G to obtain more loans, A had the Defendant B consulted with the Defendant B on this content.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion, altered one registration certificate in the name of the smuggling market, which is an official document, and exercised it for the purpose of uttering.

2. Alteration of an official document;
A. On July 2013, Defendant B copied the L vehicle registration certificate with the electronic reproduction machine for the purpose of receiving a large amount of loans from the victim’s Agman Capital with the alteration of the automobile rated output in the F Office of the Bank of Korea, which is in the Seocho-si, Young-si. Defendant B added the paper of printing the number after printing it.
