Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving service of a passenger car in the CF.

On January 22, 2017, the Defendant driven the 0.154% alcohol concentration in blood around 00:05, while driving the said car with the influence of alcohol content 0.154%, and the Defendant came to proceed to the direction of a three-lane distance from the downside distance from the downside side of the middle distance between four-lanes in front of the shooting distance at the port of Gyeonggi-si.
